Digital assets, fiat and the journey between

A clearer journey,
for every transfer.

From USDT and USDC to OTC on-ramps and off-ramps. Connect assets, transactions and compliance checks so the next step is clear.

Explore system design and integration. Actual services require confirmation of jurisdiction, permissions, provider eligibility and responsibilities. This showcase does not activate exchange, custody or compliance screening.

Know the asset. Then the network.

Stablecoins aim to track a reference asset. USDT and USDC are different assets; names and logos alone do not prove authenticity.

USDT

Tether

Check issuer-supported networks such as Ethereum and TRON, the correct contract and provider support.

Supported networks can change. Verify with the issuer before integration.Verify networks & contracts

USDC

Circle

Check native issuance on networks such as Ethereum, Base and Solana. Verify native USDC and bridged versions separately.

A USDC label alone does not establish the contract, issuer or redemption terms.Verify networks & contracts

Five checks every timeAsset, network, issuer contract, recipient support, and any required memo or tag. Matching address formats do not mean matching networks.

Fees, confirmations & riskNetwork fees commonly use the native asset; verify any sponsored-fee support. Chain confirmation, available balance and bank receipt are different states. Depeg, issuer, freeze, custody and liquidity risks remain.

What about other assets?Assess assets such as EURC by issuer and reference currency. BTC and ETH have variable prices and are not dollar stablecoins. Confirm service and KYT coverage for every asset and network.

Two directions. Two clear workflows.

OTC counterparties trade on agreed quotes. These workflows use the customer’s perspective: agree on pricing, delivery and settlement before moving funds.

Fiat → digital assets

Verify the fiat receipt, then deliver the assets.

For a customer buying stablecoins with fiat: verify the payer and source of funds, then deliver to a verified destination.

  1. Eligibility & onboarding

Confirm region, business permissions, KYC / KYB, beneficial ownership and a same-name bank account. Obtain source-of-funds evidence where required.

  2. Quote & order

Agree on fiat, USDT / USDC, network, net delivery amount, rate, fees and expiry. Record acceptance.

  3. Verify fiat receipt

Verify receipt, payer and amount against bank or provider records. A screenshot does not authorize delivery; third-party payments require review.

  4. Pre-delivery checks

Screen the destination and counterparty. Verify asset, contract, network, limits and applicable Travel Rule information. Missing evidence holds release.

  5. Approve & deliver

Authorized staff approve delivery through a controlled signing system. Record the hash and confirmation status. Broadcast is not final confirmation.

  6. Receipt & reconciliation

Match fiat receipt, quote, onchain delivery, fees and customer receipt. Query unknown outcomes before any further send.

Where do exceptions pause the flow?Underpayments, overpayments, expired quotes, destination changes or bank exceptions hold the order for verification. Any return needs a verified original payer, permitted return route, approval and evidence.

Digital assets → fiat

Verify the assets and source, then arrange the fiat payout.

For a customer selling stablecoins for fiat: record onchain receipt, KYT outcome, trade confirmation and bank receipt separately.

  1. Eligibility & beneficiary

Verify entity, region, business permissions, KYC / KYB, source of funds and the same-name fiat beneficiary account.

  2. Quote & deposit instructions

Agree on quote-lock conditions, fees and net fiat receipt. Provide a controlled, order-linked address, network, contract and any required memo or tag.

  3. Onchain receipt & KYT

Verify the actual incoming transfer, source, token, amount and network confirmations. Assess direct and indirect exposure. Visible funds may still be pending review.

  4. Review & trade confirmation

Review exceptions as cases. Execute only after eligibility and release conditions are met. Reconfirm expired quotes or timeouts instead of changing the price unilaterally.

  5. Same-name fiat payout

Approve payment through the bank or authorized provider and record its reference. Distinguish provider acceptance, bank processing and beneficiary receipt.

  6. Final state & reconciliation

Reconcile asset receipt, trade, actual fiat payout, fees and bank evidence. Query unknown payments first; bank returns and chain reorganizations need recovery.

Where do exceptions pause the flow?Wrong networks or tokens, source concerns, unknown KYT results or beneficiary mismatches hold the fiat payout. Do not blindly return assets to the sender address; an exchange hot wallet may not support returns. Verify handling under applicable rules.

KYT follows the funds and the evidence.

Know Your Transaction. Connect address screening and ongoing transaction monitoring to the business, with evidence for every decision. KYT complements KYC / KYB, AML obligations and business permissions.

Discuss integration scope
  1. Identify the transfer

Link customer, order, asset, network, contract, addresses, hash and amount. Check wrong networks, counterfeit tokens and duplicate events first.

  2. Pre-screen & verify the source

Screen destinations before delivery and analyze actual incoming transfers. Combine the result with KYC / KYB, same-name accounts and business evidence.

  3. Assess exposure

Distinguish direct and indirect links, exposure amount, proportion, distance and evidence confidence. Validate the context of sanctions, stolen-fund and scam labels.

  4. Triage & review

Route under applicable requirements and written policy. Explain the trigger and record evidence requests, holds, escalation and final approval separately.

  5. Monitor & keep evidence

Labels and risk can change. Monitor ongoing relationships and relevant transactions, preserving alerts, decisions, reassessments and actions.

What happens after screening?

These are workflow principles, not screening results produced by this site. Open a case to explore.

No current rule hit

Continue the checks; release is a separate decision.

This only describes the available data, coverage and time of screening. Identity, source, accounts, limits, quotes and approvals still need to pass.

More evidence needed

Hold delivery and review the evidence.

Examples include unclear sources, third-party payers or indirect exposure. Record the link and evidence confidence, verify funds, and avoid treating a score as a legal conclusion.

Severe risk or potential sanctions match

Stop automated processing and escalate.

Authorized compliance staff resolve the match and applicable obligations, including restrictions or reporting where required. Do not auto-return or continue through new addresses, split orders or alternate routes.

Timeout, missing data or unsupported network

Keep it pending, never assume low risk.

Keep the screening reference and failure reason. Hold automatic release, use bounded retries, query the original result or seek human review, and avoid duplicate transfers.

Connect the plan to your business.

Agree on scope and responsibilities, then select providers, prepare a test environment and define acceptance cases.

Read first. Build with clarity.
